You can gain a deeper understanding of Santa Croce and its treasures with our official app, with our audio-guide in three languages or by booking a guided tour with a member of our staff who will take you around the complex to discover not only its many masterpieces but also a number of interesting areas rarely open to the general public.
Guided Tours
Our staff are available to walk you around the Santa Croce complex on a range of different tours. You can choose between discovering its most important masterpieces or taking a themed tour to explore some of the many aspects that go to make up its multi-faceted identity. Guided tours are in Italian and can be booked on line or at the ticket office. However, we recommend booking well in advance in order to make sure you get a slot on the day you want to take your tour.

Audio-guide
If you want to enrich your experience of the complex while visiting it under your own steam, you can add the audio-guide option when buying your ticket. The audio-guides are available in Italian, English, French, Spanish and German and has a total duration of approximately two hours. They are sanitised before use, and can be hired either on line or at the ticket office.

The official Santa Croce app, a simple and intuitive tool that you can download directly onto your smartphone or tablet, will allow you to tour the most important and beautiful works of art in the complex in complete safety under your own steam.
Just touch your screen to be plunged into a fantastic world of art and architecture rich in images and content. And you can turn your cultural trip into a digital experience using the option that allows you to create personalised postcards for sharing with your friends on the social media.

In Tuscany with Dante App
Devised to mark the 700th anniversary of Dante's death, our app "In Tuscany with Dante" introduces you to Italy's greatest poet through the words of his Divine Comedy, with Dante himself guiding you to some of the places where he lived and worked. You'll discover medieval Florence and the timeless beauty of the Tuscan countryside with its villages and castles, enjoying fantastic views and revelling in the sounds, sights and tastes of the places where Dante sought and found the inspiration for his immortal poetry.
This is the first app in a series of itineraries entitled "The Great Men and Women of Santa Croce" designed to allow you to discover the illustrious figures whose ideas and actions changed the course of history and of our own lives, and whose memory lives on in Santa Croce.
